CODE OF CONDUCT

These are the rules for message board posts, communications, and general behavior on the JUICY JUICE website and when you are representing JUICY JUICE elsewhere, online or offline.

Violation of these rules can lead to member suspension or possible removal from the team. We also reserve the right to void any points accumulated by a member who is in violation of this code of conduct.

First and foremost be honest about your relationship with JUICY JUICE or the Juicy Bunch. If you are participating in word of mouth activities or otherwise spreading the word about JUICY JUICE online or offline, you must let people know you are a JUICY JUICE brand advocate or representative and sometimes receive incentives for participating in the brand's program(s). The FTC requires that all incentivized (e.g., earn points, receive prizes or product, etc.) representatives of a company or brand disclose this relationship whenever communicating about the brand. Therefore, whenever you post on your social networks or blog in reference to JUICY JUICE, you must state your involvement in the Juicy Bunch team. Sample language:

"I am a member of the JUICY JUICE Juicy Bunch team and help spread the word about JUICY JUICE. As a team member, I receive product and incentives in exchange for participating in brand related activities and spreading the word on JUICY JUICE." Twitter may require something shorter like, "Sponsored by JUICY JUICE" or "Member of the Juicy Bunch team" or start your tweet with "Sponsored" or "Spon" or "Ad."

In addition, when representing the brand "out there":

1. Be honest when you represent JUICY JUICE. Don't tweet your love of JUICY JUICE if you've never tried it. Make product statements based upon your actual experience with the product. Share your honest opinions, not hype or a sales pitch.

2. Don't make false or misleading statements about products. Visit http://www.juicyjuice.com to learn about JUICY JUICE products.

3. Don't exaggerate product benefits - you can absolutely say "JUICY JUICE tastes awesome!" but don't think about saying "it cures cancer"

4. Don't spam - repeated and blasted messages are not welcome and you want your message to be welcomed.

5. Follow the rule of the venue. Facebook and Twitter, for example, have rules on how to communicate, follow them.

6. Never impersonate another individual or entity or misrepresent the source of your post or info.

When participating in the JUICY JUICE Juicy Bunch team, there should be no:

1. Creating or utilizing technology to generate fraudulent point activity including: bots, spiders, email or IM spam.

2. Creating multiple user accounts or misrepresenting yourself in an application/registration.

3. Repeated posting of unconstructive, negative, or derogatory comments/statements about JUICY JUICE, the Juicy Bunch, a Nestlé or third party brand.

4. Misuse of Nestlé assets including logos, photos or other electronic images

5. Posting images of people without their express permission. All posting must be of people 18 or older, unless posted with parent/legal guardian permission.

6. As a team member you may submit video content, links to third party websites, photographs, and text. Just make sure you have the rights to anything you post!

Juicy Bunch message boards are not to be used for:

1. Giving out personal information (email address, phone number, etc.)

2. Promoting, selling or spamming on behalf of any other products or brands

3. Uploading or posting of any computer viruses, harmful files or programs

4. Uploading any material deemed by JUICY JUICE staff as inappropriate

5. Any unlawful purpose or activity

6. Posting content that is or engaging in activity that is:

o libelous, defamatory (bad mouthing others)
o pornographic, indecent (dirty)
o harassing, threatening, harmful, abusive (hurtful)
o invasive of privacy or publicity rights (mind your own business)
o inflammatory or otherwise objectionable (going to cause trouble)

This Site belongs to Nestlé. Nestlé or other third parties who have licensed Nestlé’s use own the copyright to the contents of this Site. You may download only material displayed and identified on the Site as specifically available for downloading. Such material is for noncommercial; personal use only, provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. You may not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost or use the content of the Site for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio and video without Nestlé’s written permission.

Submissions to the Site

Any non-personal information, communications or material you submit to Nestlé at this Site, by e-mail, download, or otherwise (“Submission”), is non-confidential, and Nestlé is free to use and reproduce such Submission freely, and for any purpose. Specifically, Nestlé is free to use any ideas or concepts contained in any such Submission for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, advertising and marketing products. Any such use is without compensation to the person submitting. If Nestlé accepts your submission and specifically agrees to keep it confidential or not use it, nevertheless, Nestlé does not waive any rights it may have to similar or related ideas previously known to Nestlé or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you.

You further acknowledge and warrant that the Submission contains only your own material and content or material and content that you have undeniable rights to use, and that Nestlé's use will not violate any third party's rights.

Nestlé is under no obligation to use any Submission.

Remember: we reserve the right to suspend, deactivate the account of or remove from the team any member found to be in violation of these rules.

NOTE: This community is for the purpose of spreading the word about JUICY JUICE. If you choose to communicate directly with another member off line, in person, or about non-program matters, Nestlé will not be held responsible for any such interactions, and members will bear all risk and release Nestlé (its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and third party partners) from all claims and damages arising out of any such interactions.

If you feel that members are not using proper judgment, making personal attacks or insensitive remarks please email juicybunch@team.juicyjuice.com. While we encourage free thinking and an individual's opinion, this forum is a privilege and serves as a meeting place for an exclusive community. Negative behavior detracts from the experience of this group and will not be tolerated.

SAMPLING EVENTS POLICY

As a valued Juicy Bunch member, you are encouraged to participate in sampling events where you can introduce the product to your network of friends and family. After all, it’s your personal relationship with the product that will encourage others to try it!

While we continue to provide themes to support your sampling events, we encourage you to provide us with ideas as well!

In order to apply for a sampling event, we will typically ask for the following information:

• Date of event

• Products you would like to serve

• Access to a digital camera and ability to upload on site

• Estimated number of attendees

Once you are approved for an event, you will receive confirmation and information regarding the materials we will send to you. Typically, we will provide coupons for product along with items to enhance your event.

Each event will have guidelines for approval, which will be indicated in the application description. Once you are approved, you will have up to eight weeks to execute your event and submit an event recap. You will receive corresponding reward points for the event after you have submitted a recap. Information we typically require in a recap include:

• Description of event

• Location of event

• Number of attendees

• Product served at event

• Feedback on product

• A minimum of 3 photos from event

• Specific reaction to theme of event

Our policy surrounding sampling events is as follows:

• Once you are approved for a sampling event, you will have eight weeks from the date of approval to execute and provide us with a recap including photos.

• You cannot host more than one event at a time.

• You will not be accepted to host another sampling event if you have an outstanding recap from a previous event.

• If you are unable to execute an event that you have been approved for, you will be required to let us know through the Contact Us link (http://team.juicyjuice.com/contact/) as soon as possible.

• We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate the account of or remove from the community any member found to be in violation of these policies.

These policies are designed to allow all members enjoy the benefits of hosting a sampling event. We appreciate your efforts and look forward to seeing your great submissions! Thank you for being part of this community.
