Content Release

As a member of the Juicy Bunch, I will be submitting materials to Nestlé in connection with activities, such as photographs, writings, my own artwork, and other materials that I create (“Content”), which Nestlé may want to use. I hereby irrevocably grant to Nestlé a free, unlimited right to distribute, publish, display, modify, and create derivative works of Content (collectively, “Use”). I hereby assign and agree that any intellectual property rights that may exist in Content shall be owned by Nestlé. I also grant Nestlé the right to use my first name, the initial of my last name, and the city where I live in connection with Content. I understand that Content may be distributed by any means, though Nestlé does not have any obligation to make any Use of Content. I acknowledge that Nestlé’s use of Content does not give me any rights to use Nestlé’s intellectual property. Content will be created by me and to the best of my knowledge, neither Content nor any Use of Content by Nestlé will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third parties. I hereby release and discharge Nestlé and its affiliates from and against any claims that I may have arising out of Nestlé’s Use of Content. Any disputes arising out of or related to Content or these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
