The Juicy Bunch is a community for influential and active parents to share experiences and knowledge about family and nutrition and to help educate their friends and family about JUICY JUICE. This elite group also provides feedback on JUICY JUICE products, promotions and marketing efforts as well as trends in the marketplace. As part of their involvement, members of the Juicy Bunch can receive promotional items, samples, and coupons to share with other parents in their community. In addition, members of the Juicy Bunch can complete simple weekly activities and earn points that can be used to redeem great rewards in our online store.

Code of Conduct

These are the rules for message board posts, communications, and general behavior on the Juicy Bunch website and when you are representing JUICY JUICE elsewhere.

Any violation of these rules can lead to member suspension or possible removal from the team. We also reserve the right to void any points accumulated by a member who is in violation of this code of conduct.

First and foremost, be honest about your relationship with JUICY JUICE. Let people know you are a JUICY JUICE brand ambassador and sometimes receive incentives for participating in the Juicy Bunch.

It is an FTC requirement that all compensated or incentived ambassadors of a brand disclose this relationship whenever communicating in reference to that brand. Therefore, whenever you post on your social networks or blog in reference to JUICY JUICE, it is imperative that you disclose your involvement in the Juicy Bunch team. Sample language:

"I am a member of the Juicy Bunch, a team of people who love and help spread the word about Juicy Juice. As a team member, I receive product and incentives in exchange for participating in brand related activities, both online and offline. To find out more, visit: team.juicyjuice.com."

Sample language for Twitter (may be sent as a follow up tweet to any brand-related tweets):

In addition, there should be no:

  1. Creating or utilizing technology to generate fraudulent point activity including: bots, spiders, email or IM spam
  2. Creating multiple user accounts or misrepresenting yourself in the application
  3. Posting outside pre-determined (by Juicy Bunch staff) third-party message boards, forums, communities or blogs
  4. Posting negative comments or statements about the Juicy Bunch, JUICY JUICE or any Nestle brand
  5. Misuse of Nestle assets including logos, photos or other electronic images
  6. Posting images of people without their express permission. All posting must be of people 18 or older.
  7. Posting of third-party content. This includes use of characters, trademarks, music, etc. If it isn\'t yours, don\'t post it.
  8. Misrepresentation in activity submissions in any way

Juicy Bunch message boards are not to be used for:

  1. Giving out personal information (email address, phone number, etc.)
  2. Promoting, selling or spamming on behalf of any other products or brands
  3. Uploading or posting of any computer viruses, harmful files or programs
  4. Uploading any material deemed by Juicy Bunch staff as vulgar or inappropriate
  5. Sending threatening or insulting messages to other Juicy Bunch team members
  6. Any unlawful purpose or activity

The message board is a forum for the members of the Juicy Bunch to communicate and share ideas about JUICY JUICE, in a positive manner. The following type of posts will not be posted:

  1. libelous, defamatory,
  2. pornographic, indecent,
  3. harassing, threatening, harmful, abusive,
  4. invasive of privacy or publicity rights,
  5. inflammatory or otherwise objectionable

Remember: We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate the account of or remove from the team any Juicy Bunch found to be in violation of these rules or for any reason at the discretion of Juicy Bunch program administrators. While we encourage free thinking and an individual\'s opinion, the JUICY JUICE forum is a privilege and serves as a meeting place for an exclusive community.
